Experience the power of glaciers up-close on this exciting tour that highlights the most unique attraction in the Canadian Rockies; the Columbia Icefield Adventure. Travel on a massive Ice Explorer onto an ancient glacier and step out onto ice that is deep enough to bury the Eiffel Tower. Stand in the sky at the Glacier Skywalk, a curved glass walkway that stretches 30 metres from the sheer face of a cliff and hangs mid-air. This tour is filled with exciting experiences, spectacular sights, intriguing stories and the best photo opportunities.

A continuation of the Explorer Route, the Ridgewalker Route crosses the suspension bridge and heads up the Banff Mt Norquay cliffs to the Ridgewalker Summit, climbing Memorial, Sol and Vista buttresses. Rest assured, no experience is required as this is a guided experience and the Norquay Via Ferrata is designed to accommodate both beginners seeking a taste of the alpine and those who already have a little alpine experience. This loop takes you up to 2,300 metres above sea level and is great for families. The Norquay Via Ferrata is conveniently located a five minute drive from the Banff townsite on the cliffs above the Mt Norquay Ski Resort.

On this sightseeing tour you will visit the "Jewel of the Canadian Rockies", Lake Louise, and the world renowned Moraine Lake, both of which are part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of their priceless natural beauty. They'll stop you in your tracks in awe.

Wander the shoreline at Lake Louise and see the Victoria Glacier and the famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Hotel, and then snap some shots of Moraine Lake in the beautiful Valley Of The Ten Peaks. Join your guide for a short walk up the Rockpile at Moraine Lake, where you'll find the iconic view that was once on the back of the Canadian $20 bill. During the tour your guide will weave tales of the early mountaineers, who also fell in love with this spot in the 1890s. Please note that Moraine Lake road does not open until May 24, expect to spend more time at Lake Louise.

The Banff Gondola promises gasp-worthy views of six mountain ranges, the Bow Valley and the charming town of Banff. After an 8-minute ride to Sulphur Mountain's 7,500-foot (2,286-meter) summit, you arrive at a complex with several viewing areas, interactive exhibits, and restaurants. Also here are hiking trailheads and access to an elevated boardwalk leading to Sanson's Peak

Hop on board for a custom modern sightseeing tour with an historic twist. It's today's highlights, yesterday's stories, and classic, timeless views at every turn. The vintage-inspired coaches have the look and feel of the 1930s, including a fully open roof and a guide in period costume, plus they come with modern comforts like USB charging ports for your phone.

Get a taste of the mountain air with a trail ride along the base of Sulphur Mountain to a delicious BBQ dinner. Relax at 3 Mile Cabin by the Sundance Canyon Trail. While the guides cook your meal try your hand at calf roping or a game of horseshoes. Return ride will take you through Windy Knoll an off the beaten track route through the mountains and forest. 

Note: Children under 6 will be taken to the BBQ site by covered wagon and have to be accompanied in the wagon by an adult.

Dinner Menu: BBQ steak, home-made baked beans, baked potatoes, caesar salad, rolls, dessert, coffee, juice, and hot chocolate. Vegetarian option available. 

Have the opportunity to spot Canadian Grizzly Bears on this 10-hour excursion through Banff and Yoho National Parks, perfect for animal- and nature lovers alike. Head out for a gondola ride up to 7,700 feet for a mountaintop lunch at Canada's highest restaurant, and then take a chairlift ride up to the world's largest enclosed and protected grizzly bear habitat.

Making a stop at the Grizzly Bear Refuge have the chance to see Boo! An orphaned bear as a cub he was rescued and now lives in the 20-acre Rocky Mountain forest. Here you can view Boo and his friends explore, hunt and forage just like in the wild. You’ll also hear his personal story and learn about grizzly bear behaviour during your visit to the largest enclosed grizzly bear habitat in the world.

Travel through backroads where bears, moose, and elk can often be seen starting their day, on the way to Lake Louise Village where a delicious hot café breakfast awaits.After fuelling up for the day, you'll make your way to Lake Louise, well before the buses arrive to enjoy what remains of the early tranquility and witness the lake at its calmest, resulting in perfect mirror images of Victoria Glacier and the Rockies reflecting back at you across the neon blue waters.
