Now that you have booked your Celebrity Cruise, you may have a few questions about your holiday before you board. We have put together a collection of commonly asked questions to help make your cruising experience hassle free.
Once your booking has been confirmed, please register yourself with Celebrity. You will need your name and cruise reference to set up an account.
To manage your Celebrity Cruise booking, log on via the website or app. Your cruise personaliser allows you to streamline your cruise experience, view your itinerary and provide access to book shore excursions, as well as a variety of onboard services and activities. It is highly recommended to book any tours directly through your cruise line. This ensures that you are not left behind. Checking your cruise personaliser regularly will allow you to take advantage of the numerous discounts made available pre-departure to secure the best deals, and give you a chance to familiarise yourself with the ship and its experiences.
Please Note: As you have booked with a travel agent, your confirmed inclusions such as a drinks package, Wi-Fi, gratuities, etc. may not all be listed on the Celebrity app/website. Please refer to your My Canada Trips correspondence for confirmation of all inclusions. If you have any queries, please contact us.
There is so much to see while on your Celebrity Cruise, why not book a shore excursion to enhance your cruise?
Excursions can be booked through the Celebrity Cruises App. We recomend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
We highly recommend booking your shore excursions well in advance to avoid any disappointment as popular excursions for example many of wildlife excursions get booked up quickly.
Documents You Will Need
**Please note that the above documentation is mandatory for all guests. You will be refused boarding if you do not have the required documents.**
Online Check In
It is recommended that you complete your online check in at least 3 days prior to departure. This may be done through Celebrity - Manage My Booking. Please make a note of your allocated embarkation time, as guest arrivals are staggered to ensure a smooth check in process with minimal waiting times. It is the guests own responsibility to arrive on time for boarding, and while it is highly recommended to ensure you are ready to board during your embarkation slot, those who fail to be on board at least 60 minutes prior to departure will be denied boarding.
Luggage Tags
Your luggage tags will generate 3 to 4 weeks prior to departure and will be available on your Cruise Personaliser. Please ensure that you have them printed and securely attached to your luggage prior to embarkation. Upon check-in, for your convenience your bags will be transferred to your cabin.

Please check your My Canda Trips booking confirmation to confirm if gratuities are included in your cruise package. If included: this covers stateroom and restaurant service gratuities and a 20% beverage package gratuity.
FOR ALL BOOKINGS: Gratuities for stateroom and restaurant services are shared by dining, bar and culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams. A 20% gratuity will be added to all specialty dining, all spa and salon purchases and room service onboard.
Celebrity offers 3 drinks packages, there is no daily limit on the number of beverages you can enjoy, however, Celebrity reserves the right to refuse service if they believe you are too intoxicated. Drinks Packages must be purchased for everyone residing in the cabin, and it must be the same package for everyone with exceptions made for children, pregnant women, and those with medical issues that probit them from drinking.
Classic Drinks Package – US$89.00pp per day.
This package is automatically included if your cruise was booked on the ‘Always Included’ rate (Classic Drinks, prepaid Gratuities, and basic onboard Wi-Fi). Please refer to your My Canada Trips booking confirmation for your inclusions. We are aware that in some instances, this rate does not show on the Celebrity App. If your My Canada Trips confirmation lists the Classic Drinks package, this is included.
Inclusions
Beers, wine (by the glass), liqueurs, cocktails, spirits, specialty drinks, soft drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, bottled iced tea, mocktails, specialty coffees, teas, bottled water, and energy drinks – up to the value of US$10.00. If you wish to partake in a premium beverage (for example a US$12.00 cocktail), the additional US$2.00 will be charged to your account.
Premium Drinks Package – US$109.00pp per day
You can upgrade your Classic package to the Premium Package pre-departure or on board.
Inclusions
Artisan beers, wine (by the glass), liqueurs, cocktails, spirits, specialty drinks, soft drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, bottled iced tea, mocktails, specialty coffees, teas, bottled water, and energy drinks – up to the value of US$17.00. If you wish to partake in a beverage over that value (for example a US$19.00 cocktail), the additional US$2.00 will be charged to your account.
Zero Proof Drinks Package – US$30.00pp per day
A non-alcoholic package option for a range of fun onboard refreshments.
Inclusions
Soft drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, bottled iced tea, mocktails, specialty coffees, teas, bottled water, and energy drinks.
No Drinks Package
If you choose not to purchase a Celebrity Drinks ackage, onboard beverages can be bought at cost from any drinks station you like - a discretional 20% gratuity will automatically added to your account per drink. There is also a range of free beverages available throughout the ship and main dining room featuring assorted juices, coffees, iced tea, and water.
If you require to store your bag after your cruise to explore Vancouver before travelling to the airport you can do it at the Cruise Pier (Canada Place):
We highly recommend booking a space in advanced as spaces are quickly booked up during busy periods. Storage lockers opened from 8am - 5pm on cruise sailing days.
As your cruise travels into USA waters on its journey to Alaska you do require a ESTA to board your cruise.
When filling out your ESTA you will be asked ‘Is your travel to the US occurring in transit to another country?’ Select NO. You will then be asked for U.S. Point of Contact Information. For your cruise you should enter the cruise lines head office address and phone number.
