While meandering your way through the Rocky Mountains you will be attended by the friendly onboard hosts, there to guide you through the breathtaking scenery of your journey with fun facts, stories, and helpful hints. Please note your onboard host gratuity is not included in your fare it is gently encouraged to show your appreciation for good service by tipping your host.

Dining
You will be served breakfast, lunch, snacks, and alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic beverages every day that you are on board – essentially the Rocky Mountaineer is an all-inclusive experience. Please note that your evening meal is not supplied, however, we find in many cases eating all day ensures that you roll off the train satisfied. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences so that we can have them accommodated.

Each day there will be 1st and 2nd sitting for breakfast in lunch, this is switched the next day. Both meals feature 3 courses and where possible the produce is thoughtfully and locally sourced, for example, you may find yourself dining on Fraser Valley chicken whilst ambling through its namesake’s valley, complimented by of course with world-class Okanagan wine.

WIFI
There is no WIFI available on board and much of the journey is not covered by network service. Make sure to tell your loved ones that you will be uncontactable until you reach your urban destination, then settle in to enjoy the scenery, service, and company distraction-free.

Smoking
All smoking is prohibited on board including the viewing platforms and bathrooms, this includes vapes, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and otherwise.
